Security & data
Your data stays yours.
Customer BOMs, pricing and supplier terms are sensitive. We treat them that way from the first file.
- NDA first. We sign one before you share anything sensitive.
- Hosted in the US. Your data is stored in US data centers.
- Never used to train AI. We use business AI services whose terms exclude training on customer data.
- No ERP changes. We read exports. Nothing is written back unless you ask for it.

Frequently asked.
What does AI usage usually cost?
It depends on how much your tools read. A typical BOM check uses anywhere from a few cents to a few dollars of AI. You pay it at cost, and your monthly cap means it can’t surprise you.
What does the $99 a month cover?
Maintenance, support, updates and standard hosting for one tool, for up to 20 users. AI usage is billed separately at cost. If a tool needs dedicated hosting or runs at very high volume, that hosting is billed at cost too, and we’ll tell you before it happens.
What counts as a simple build?
One workflow, one input and one output, with no connection to other systems. For example: your supplier quote spreadsheet goes in, and a cleaned costing sheet comes out. Simple builds start at $999. Bigger ones get a fixed quote too. We confirm the price by call or email, before you pay anything.
How does payment work for a custom tool?
Once you accept the quote, you pay $100 to start, and the rest only when the tool works on your files. Before we start, we agree in writing what “works” means. After delivery, you have 10 business days to accept, or to ask for changes (two rounds included). If you don’t reply, the tool counts as accepted.
What if it doesn’t work out?
If we look at your files and decide we can’t build it, we refund your $100. If the finished tool doesn’t do what we agreed, you don’t pay the rest. If you change your mind partway through, we keep the $100.
How can custom software be this cheap?
AI now writes much of the code, under senior review. We don’t start from zero, because the EMS building blocks already exist. And our process is short: a quick call or email, then a fixed quote. There’s no long discovery phase to pay for.
Do we need to change our ERP?
No. We work from the Excel or CSV exports your ERP already produces. That works with Business Central, Epicor, SAP Business One, Infor SyteLine, Plex, DELMIAworks (IQMS), NetSuite and most others.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We only use AI where it’s strong: reading messy documents and writing text. Prices and totals come from ordinary code, uncertain results go to a person, and anything that fails a check is flagged instead of passed on.
What if we need more than 20 users?
Each tool includes up to 20 users at your company, which covers most small and mid-sized EMS teams. If you need more, just ask.
You’re in Singapore. Is that a problem?
No. Your data stays in the US, calls happen in your business hours, and we work on your files while you sleep. Being in Singapore also puts us next to the Asian suppliers and brokers many of your parts come from.
Who owns the software and the data?
Your data is always yours, and you can export it at any time. Ready-made tools are our software, licensed to you while you subscribe. Custom tools built only for you can be handed over as source code on request.
Can we cancel?
Yes. After the first 3 months, every tool runs month to month.
